Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange your item within 60 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The return is initiated within 60 calendar days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us at support@bagvalor.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.


Exchange Requests

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different color, size, or style, we’re happy to assist — subject to stock availability — within 60 days of delivery.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@bagvalor.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of your request

Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with detailed return instructions.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
